David Stiefel, Treasurer, is a 1977 graduate of Claremont McKenna College. After earning an MBA from the University of Washington, he worked as a CPA in public accounting until his retirement in February 2024. He has held numerous leadership roles in the Seattle Jewish community, including serving as president of Hillel at the University of Washington. Currently, he is the planned giving chair, personnel committee chair, and a member of the executive committee of the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle. He also serves on the board and rabbi search committee of Herzl-Ner Tamid Conservative Congregation on Mercer Island, Washington.
