Emma Perlmutter is SVP, and Talent Executive at Bank of America where she leads enterprise Skills Assessment Programs. Emma graduated from Pitzer College in 2009 with an organizational studies and economics degree. During her time at Pitzer, she worked in the Admissions Office, was an active member of the 5C outdoor clubs OTL and Skeeze, and held internships at Nickelodeon Animation Studios and TOMS Shoes. Emma received her master’s in social-organizational psychology from Columbia University after which she joined Bank of America and worked in internal change management consulting and strategy roles. Subsequently, she worked at Gartner in their Wealth Management Executive Advisory practice. She served as Chief of Staff and Head of Technology PMO at Ally Financial before returning to Bank of America and transitioning from Technology to Human Resources. Emma lives in Boston, Massachusetts, where she grew up, and in her free time enjoys going for hikes, fostering dogs, reading, and is an avid traveler.
