Jeanine Borland Mann
INTERIM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Jeanine Borland Mann brings more than twenty-five years of experience in higher education, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside students, faculty, and community leaders to develop programs that strengthen organizations and create meaningful opportunities for learning and service.
Jeanine holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership and a Master of Public Health. She has served as a college professor, department chair, nonprofit executive, and consultant, leading initiatives in education, public health, strategic planning, and community development.
As Interim Executive Director of Claremont Hillel, Jeanine is excited to partner with student leaders to build an inclusive, welcoming Jewish community where students can explore their identities, develop leadership skills, and create lasting connections. She believes that the best ideas often come from students themselves and looks forward to learning from each intern while supporting their growth as leaders.
Outside of work, Jeanine enjoys cooking, writing, kayaking, spending time with her family, and finding creative ways to bring people together around a shared purpose.
