Jill Stark
Director of Community Relations
Jill Stark lives in sunny Southern California with her daughter and their spirited dog. She enjoys swimming, dancing, reading, plant-forward cooking, and being part of the Jewish community. Jill is also a rabbinical student in the inaugural cohort of Hebrew Union College's virtual pathway to the rabbinate. She holds an MA in Jewish Education from HUC-JIR, a graduate certificate in Israel Education from George Washington University, and a BA in History from UCLA. Her academic journey also includes time as a visiting student at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem during her undergraduate and graduate studies. Jill’s career has been guided by a passion for fostering understanding, building connections, and driving meaningful change. With expertise in community engagement, curriculum development, and sales, she helps organizations expand their reach, strengthen relationships, and amplify their missions. As Community Relations Director at Claremont Hillel, Jill is part of a national cohort pioneering innovative approaches to advocacy and allyship on campus. Her work focuses on amplifying the voices of Jewish students, building bridges with diverse communities, and enhancing the organizational impact of Claremont Hillel. Through her professional work and personal commitments, Jill strives to create opportunities for connection, collaboration, and growth, fostering lasting impact in the communities she serves.
